Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

As a Patient Care Specialist - Skilled Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, adhering to current standards of nursing practice and quality assurance;
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive resident information, documenting progress notes in a descriptive manner;
  • Providing emergency response/care to residents in the skilled care center and within the retirement community;
  • Assisting with physician visits, physical examinations, and chart reviews, providing direct nursing care as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current unencumbered LPN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
  • Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills;
  • Proficient decision-making skills;
  • Proficient assessment skill;
  • Thorough knowledge of current Department of Health regulations;
  • CPR certification;
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills.
