Physical Therapist Position

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on rehabilitation and functional independence.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, assessing strengths and weaknesses to create effective treatment strategies.
- Design and implement rehabilitation plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Promote a supportive, positive environment, encouraging patients to achieve their goals and maximize functional abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completion of state-regulated continuing education requirements.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software is an asset.
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
