Job Title: Staff Licensed Practical Nurse

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Brooklyn Hospital Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical support and technical assistance to our medical and other staff members
* Participate in the multi-disciplinary care and treatment of patients
* Function within the scope of practice dictated by the authority of the New York State Office of Professions
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to individual patient needs
* Demonstrate an understanding of clinical risk and maintain consistent professional conduct
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
* Licensed in the State of New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
