Lead Therapist

At Canopy Children's Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Therapist to join our In-Circle Program team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering mental health services to individuals involved in the program and supervising In-Circle staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a behavioral mental health field and a professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFTA) or a Mental Health Certification (CMHT). Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with CPS, the In-Circle Program team, and families to address mental health service needs
- Completing programmatic assessments and using feedback to plan for clinical interventions
- Facilitating initial Family Team Meetings and completing weekly case plan reviews
- Implementing clinical treatment interventions based on the case plan and individualized needs of the family

Administrative Support:
The Lead Therapist will also be responsible for conducting supervision with In-Circle therapists, case managers, and Peer Support Specialists, as well as approving time-sheets for In-Circle staff.
Professional Standards:
The successful candidate will be required to attend bi-weekly supervisory sessions, maintain annual training requirements, and participate in staff training and educational programs.
