Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Compass Group USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR strategy and generalist function for our Home Office team, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, company HR standards and policies, and HR initiatives, procedures and standards within the Home Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and Department Heads to create and implement the people strategy for the Home Office, in a way that supports the delivery of the Company's KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, company HR standards and policies, HR initiatives, procedures and standards within the Home Office.
  • Lead the Engagement Strategy process for the Home Office and Home Office departments.
  • Oversee employee relations, recruiting, training, rewards and recognition, and all other HR-related functions for the Home Office.
  • Administer salaried compensation processes for Home Office, including year-end merit and performance review process.
  • Administer process for company benefits for all of Levy, such as annual enrollment and LOA.
  • Participate in setting company benefit strategy and policies.
  • Act as a liaison with Compass Benefit and LOA teams, developing key relationships, escalating issues for resolution, and participating as voice of the sector in projects and initiatives.
