Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As an Credible Messenger, you will provide wraparound services to individuals and families using a trauma-informed approach. This includes mentoring, skill building, and connecting them with local resources. You will work closely with other program staff to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to high-risk individuals and their families
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans in collaboration with program staff
  • Connect clients with local resources and services
  • Mentor and coach clients to build skills and confidence

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Significant knowledge of the target communities and local resources
  • Bi-lingual/Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
