About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team. As an instrument technician, you will coordinate and assemble instrumentation for each case, pass instruments and medications, and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. You will work under the supervision of the OR Clinical Coordinator, Director of Surgical Services, and/or RN (Circulator), collaborating with unit/hospital staff and other health professionals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved Surgical Technician program
  • BCLS Certification
  • Experience in OB, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Dental, and Urology cases
  • Knowledge of surgical instrumentation - use, care, and cleaning
  • Ability to manage instruments in a variety of cases
