We are seeking a skilled LPN/Medical Assistant to join our team at the Pulmonary Clinic in Franklin, Tennessee. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic medical office environment, providing vital clinical nursing support to patients and families.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, conducting assessments, and performing various medical procedures. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records, order medications, and coordinate outpatient care with local businesses.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office environment
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with patients and families
  • Conducting assessments and performing medical procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and ordering medications
  • Coordinating outpatient care with local businesses
  • Assisting physicians with med/surg procedures
