Job Overview

Brilliant Earth is seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our team in our Nolita, NY showroom location. As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers through the sales process, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to attain individual revenue targets.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
  • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
Requirements
  • A passion for the customer and a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days.
