Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing contact center tools, modules, and integrations on the Salesforce platform. This role requires collaboration with other team members, leaders, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including configuration, customization, programming with APEX, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards.

You will work closely with internal teams to integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, develop customer-driven solutions, and lead technical design efforts. Additionally, you will guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives, and enforce application standards and procedures.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build Salesforce from a ground-up perspective, utilizing your expertise in Salesforce.com architecture and APIs using RESTful services.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
