MB Aerospace is a leading international group providing advanced engineering solutions to the Aerospace and Defense industry. Leveraging our expertise in fabrications, machining, and supply chain management, we support complex aero-engine component manufacture and repair.
Job Responsibilities
- Process engineering changes to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects as part of a cross-functional team.
- Design and develop tools to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct time studies on the production floor to optimize processes.
- Manage projects, creating milestones and project plans to ensure timely completion.
- Enter and update data in our ERP system, including item cards, BOM, and part routings.
Skills/Requirements
- Strong knowledge of CAD solid modeling software (NX or Solidworks).
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding, turning, and milling.
- Working knowledge of Lean concepts, such as the Toyota Production System.
- Basic understanding of part measuring techniques, including calipers, micrometers, verniers, and indicators.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a willingness to take on projects and lead them to completion.
- Valid US Passport required.
