Nurse Practitioner Leadership Role in Rural Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care in a friendly environment while leading clinic staff.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to teamwork, community service, and providing excellent patient care. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement clinical protocols, ensuring accurate completion of patient charts and maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
About the Role- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver exceptional patient care
- Provide guidance and ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
You will also be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing telehealth consultations. This role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a supportive team atmosphere, aimed at improving healthcare in rural communities.
Requirements- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Family Nurse Practitioner License or Physician Assistant License
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
