Job Title: Toddler Teacher

Job Summary:

The Smart Start Preschool & Learning Center is seeking a qualified Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development in toddlers
  • Communicate effectively with toddlers, parents, and other staff members
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers to learn and grow
  • Maintain a clean and healthy learning environment
  • Conduct and document developmental screenings and assessments of children
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and staff members

Requirements:

  • Previous childcare experience
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Ability to participate in First Aid/CPR training and Medication Administration Course

Salary: $15-$20/hour dependent upon education and experience
