Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at RevCycle Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service through daily communication via phone and email. Your collaboration with internal departments will be vital in addressing client feedback, coordinating solutions, and facilitating seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in daily phone and email communication with clients to discuss inventory, account flow, and business procedures, responding promptly to client inquiries
  • Work closely with clients and internal departments to resolve process errors and inefficiencies, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Identify and implement solutions to client questions and concerns
  • Submit insurance information to external client systems
  • Perform assigned tasks and duties to standard
  • Meet key performance indicators, including closing open items and completing reports within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict standards to prevent Protected Health Information (PHI) breaches
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proper grammar and telephone etiquette
  • Creative problem-solving and mathematical skills are essential for resolving issues effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, adapting positively to change and collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Self-motivation, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to multitask and communicate effectively on the phone while navigating multiple computer systems
  • Understanding of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) and sensitive consumer information (i.e., Protected Health Information (PHI)) while maintaining confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required; Associate degree in Business or a related field preferred
