Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' levels of speech or language difficulty and determine the need for continued therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication needs
Teach patients and their caregivers alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist
Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience, preferably in a home health care setting
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
