About the Role:

As an Aviation Relationship Manager at Cirrus Aircraft, you will play a vital role in building lifelong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers, anticipating and exceeding their expectations to generate ongoing interest in Cirrus Aircraft products and services.
  • Use effective communication to coordinate with various departments and ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
  • Schedule Flight Operations events accurately and communicate customer expectations to assigned pilots.
  • Develop safe and efficient schedules for pilots, considering duty day limitations, aircraft availability, operational challenges, and other factors.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, collaborating with Flight Operations leadership to meet both customer and operational objectives.
  • Leverage knowledge of FAA requirements, Cirrus policy, and Flight Operations standards to support internal pilots, Cirrus Flight Training, and Cirrus One.
  • Comply with TSA and Flight Training Security Program (FTSP) regulations when enrolling flight training students.
  • Engage with customers interested in flight training and pilot services, tracking leads and providing timely follow-ups.
  • Manage administration tasks for assigned customers, including invoice creation, statements, and payment processing.
  • Analyze and maintain key metrics for measuring demand, capacity, and revenue for Flight Operations and Accounting departments.

Requirements:

  • A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, Logistics, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Hospitality Management, or equivalent years of work experience in aviation/executive customer service, marketing, or luxury retail sales/services required.
  • Aviation industry experience or working knowledge of aviation administration preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate sound judgment and handle multiple time-sensitive requests.
  • Able to build partnerships and collaborate with other departments and external vendors.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office Software, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.
