Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Architect to join our team at Medical Mutual of Ohio. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide Dynamics CRM solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and its applications in various industries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs

• Design and implement enterprise-wide Dynamics CRM solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for Dynamics CRM solutions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics CRM and emerging trends in the industry

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3-7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM architecture and implementation

• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and its applications in various industries

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
