Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Oncology Account Manager to join our team in launching new products within the prostate cancer therapeutic category. As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with targeted healthcare providers (Urology & Oncology).

You will gather key information related to targeted accounts/customers, provide product information & clinical data to customers, and deliver impactful core selling messages. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sense of urgency to prepare and successfully execute a new product launch plan for their assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in delivery of core clinical selling messaging.
  • Accountable for Sales Results.
  • Create a positive interaction with our targeted customers/accounts and build strong relationships.
  • Prioritize accounts in a large geographic to deliver sales results.
  • Ensure customer requests are managed with a high degree of customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide feedback and recommendation to team leadership on areas for improvement.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or healthcare industry experience - preferably in specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • Current or very recent experience in Urology and/or Oncology is required.
  • Current or very recent Buy-and-Bill sales experience (also reimbursement/distribution) is required.
