Culinary Specialist

At Trinity Services Group, we are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and service, with a solid understanding of food handling regulations and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of food items in accordance with assigned work instructions, menus, and guidelines while following food safety and food handling procedures.
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge in the preparation of hot and cold food items and all standardized knife cuts.
- Multi-task and stay calm under pressure, exercising quick problem-solving skills to resolve issues that potentially arise.
- Follow recipes, manage their assigned station, and successfully communicate with team members to produce dishes in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, and be at least 18 years of age.
- At least one (1) year of relevant cooking experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prior experience cooking or kitchen experience in a cafeteria or large volume production facility a plus.
- Experience with safety procedures as typical in a cafeteria or food service environment.
