Truck Captain

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction with every interaction.
• Operate the junk truck safely and efficiently, performing daily inspections and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks while ensuring profitability.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving and training new hires on day-to-day operations.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• $11-$14 per hour, with opportunities for advancement to Team Captain.
