Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Innovative Talent Solutions.

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations to support the Director's efforts.
  • Perform various clerical functions, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare training event materials, update website information, and coordinate emails to ensure seamless communication within the organization.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of administrative support experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. You should be an ambitious, adaptable, and accommodating individual who thrives in a team setting.

An associate's degree and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat are highly desirable qualifications that will set your resume apart from others.
