About the Role
This position oversees the administrative and business management of assigned clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing clinical care services and programs, ensuring patient experience, safety, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations and services that add value to nursing standards of practice, service priorities, and performance/outcome measures.
- Implement and maintain clinical and patient care practice standards, budgets, and staff development.
- Work collaboratively with Site Medical Director and Clinic Administrator to achieve clinic quality, patient satisfaction, and financial goals.
- Ensure all staff are up-to-date on clinic objectives, including quality boards and progress presentations at staff meetings.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Masters preferred).
- A current valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in ambulatory care (preferably with Electronic Health/Medical system experience).
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of clinical care practices, operations, and local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
- Current Valid BLS Certification.
