What You'll Do:
  • We're looking for LPNs with precision and care to administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and document vital signs and wound care.
  • Our ideal candidate will collaborate on personalized patient care plans and provide hands-on bedside care, supporting patients in daily activities.
  • You will also be responsible for reporting any changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN and maintaining a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients and families on healthcare practices and follow-up care is also essential for this role.
Requirements:
  • An active LPN license in the state of North Carolina is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar settings, is preferred.
  • Certification in CPR is necessary, and additional certifications are a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are must-haves for this position.
