About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Springboard Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of our hotel's operations, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-in and check-out, including verifying reservations and processing payments
  • Manage hotel finances, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest history and financial transactions

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a front desk or night audit role
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
