Hospice Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, enabling them to live with comfort, independence, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Make home visits to patients in designated geographic territories to provide palliative care and support.
- Administer medication, perform wound care, and provide treatments and procedures as needed.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders, and properly document patient care.
- Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends to provide support to patients and families.
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- One year of clinical experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
