Support Professional for Engineering Services

At Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc (TFSI), we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Support Professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will provide support for engineering services at the Surface/Aviation Interoperability Laboratory (SAIL). SAIL is a part of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) located in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and prepare briefing charts and other presentation materials independently.
  • Perform administrative and secretarial duties, including budgeting, personnel records, and payroll support for executive staff and office management responsibilities.
  • Attend meetings with Government personnel and prepare meeting minutes as requested or required.
  • Organize and maintain reference data files that contain technical and administrative data.
  • Prepare interim and final technical reports.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position and at least one year of full-time experience performing work related to the labor category functional description.
  • An Associate's degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position and at least two years of full-time experience performing work related to the labor category functional description within the last three years.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, customer focus, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and knowledge of office administration and business principles.
  • A SECRET level DoD clearance.

Work is typically performed in a controlled office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.

Salary: $35.73 per hour
