Phlebotomist - Blood Collection Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at the American Red Cross. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in the blood collection process, ensuring the safe and efficient collection of blood donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors.
- Follow all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals.
- Take the time to personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting.
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
