Hospice of the Piedmont Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to lead our Palliative Medicine Program.
Job Summary
The Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including strategic planning, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in palliative care, hospice management, and healthcare administration.

About the Role
The Administrative Director will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
This includes:
- Leading the development of operational policies and procedures
- Overseeing the budget and financial management of the program
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing leadership and direction to the interdisciplinary team
- Fostering relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical practice setting, preferably in palliative care or hospice management
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, patients, and families
- A bachelor's degree in Health, Social Work, or Business Administration, with a master's degree preferred
- Experience with Part B billing and fiscal management
