The Role- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Site General Manager and Leadership Team.
- Lead initiatives for talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, particularly for managerial and professional roles.
- Project Management: Perform as project leader for corporate and divisional projects, managing timelines and collaborating with cross-divisional teams.
- Policy Enforcement: Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Benefits Administration: Evaluate trends in compensation and benefits within the regional area and ensure legal compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs to drive high performance and employee satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- BS Degree in an applicable field.
- Strong ability to influence others and partner with site leaders.
- Experience leading a large organization in a matrix environment.
- Ability to solve problems at strategic and functional levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
