Sales and Account Manager for Building Materials

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Miller's Home Center. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in the building materials industry.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and education.
Job DescriptionThe Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, prospecting new customers, and negotiating sales deals. Key responsibilities include:
- Account Management: Manage relationships with existing customers, assess their requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Identify potential customers, make effective sales presentations, and negotiate all deal phases.
- Closing Process: Manage the closing process from start to finish, including preparing estimates and processing quotes.
Requirements:
- Education: High School or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' selling experience in the building materials industry.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work as a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Point of Sale Programs.
