Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, and assisting with prescribed home exercise programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Support ATI's mission by cultivating an exceptional customer experience, including greeting and interacting with patients warmly, promoting an efficient patient intake and registration process, and assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
- Assist with patient rescheduling to limit drop percentage, provide primary support during the daily patient check-in process, and assist with the collection of Patient Reported Outcome assessments.
- Must be 18+ years old to apply
- High School diploma and/or healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
- Customer Service experience (service industry or administrative role)
- Certified Personal Trainer experience
- Associates Degree in Health Sciences or Related Field
