Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with an active certification to work with individuals with autism and related disorders in the Gordon, GA area.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and document behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in various settings.
  • Monitor and record client progress.
  • Collaborate with BCBA and families.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification.
  • High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with autism or developmental disorders is a plus.
