Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention, meet business production goals and objectives as established by management, respond to queries, solve or refer problems, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
- P&C or Personal Lines License Preferred
- Insurance sales/customer service experience required
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
