We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Director to join our team at Aramark. In this role, you will oversee the culinary operations of our facilities, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Operations Management: Develop and execute culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Manage culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of chef managers and hourly culinary staff. Train and manage employees to use best practice food production techniques. Coach employees to achieve shared goals and recognize their contributions.
- Culinary Standards: Ensure culinary production connects to the Executional Framework. Implement proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, including production, presentation, and service standards.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain client and guest rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Interact directly with guests daily.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a minimum of 4 years of culinary experience, including 2 years in a management role;
- a culinary degree or equivalent experience;
- advanced knowledge of food principles and practices, including experiential knowledge for management of people and/or problems;
- excellent oral, reading, and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
