As a nurse recruiter with Access Healthcare, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top nursing talent for our Med-Surg and Telemetry units. You will work closely with our operational team to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Our competitive pay package includes an estimated salary of $120,000-$150,000 per year, based on a 13-week contract with 48 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and a tax-free stipend. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Job Description

  • Recruit and hire top nursing talent for our Med-Surg and Telemetry units.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Work closely with our operational team to identify staffing needs and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in nursing recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
