We are seeking a highly motivated Product Sales Specialist to join our team in St. Charles, IL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on our products.

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $100,000 per year, with an hourly starting rate of $18.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet customers with a positive attitude and approach, building rapport and determining their vehicle needs.
  2. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
  3. Explain product features, benefits, and performance to prospects.
  4. Demonstrate high-quality presentations and knowledgeable sales techniques.
  5. Learn to overcome objections and close sales in accordance with company standards.
  6. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  7. Maintain ongoing professional growth and development by staying up-to-date on product knowledge.

Requirements
  • No previous dealership experience is required.
  • A willingness to collaborate and learn the business to succeed.
  • An enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and Saturdays.
  • Submit to and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
