About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Olga's Kitchen. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Determine hiring needs, recruit, interview, and hire the best candidates for the position.
  • Complete new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Assign measurable goals for Assistant Managers and Supervisors and track progress.
  • Conduct weekly management meetings and maintain open communication with the team.
  • Monitor restaurant financial performance and report any issues to management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Self-motivated and able to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the restaurant during the shift.
