About the Role

This position is a great opportunity to work in sales and customer service, providing excellent experiences for residents and visitors alike.

We are looking for a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Bigos Management. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, moving residents in and out, and ensuring that all aspects of the leasing process are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding available apartments and provide information on rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals.
  • Provide tours of available apartments to prospective residents, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  • 'Sell' the prospect on renting from Bigos Management by highlighting the unique qualities of our properties and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Follow up with prospects who have not made a decision and continue to promote the benefits of our properties.
  • Qualify all prospective renters using company-approved procedures and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
  • Previous leasing experience is highly desirable, as is fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to use tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous manner when dealing with coworkers and the public.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, web applications) and strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $35,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
