About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Burbank, California.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Physical Therapist in our occupational medicine department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert physical therapy management to patients under the supervision of our Rehabilitation Services Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and interpret evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
  • Establish treatment goals and plans treatment to achieve established goals.
  • Initiate discharge planning from physical therapy and implement the treatment program through direct treatment of the patient.
  • Provide accurate, timely documentation of physical therapy patient management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in physical therapy, including a graduate degree from an accredited program and certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent. You must also hold a valid Physical Therapist License in California and have a National Provider Identifier.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
