We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Leader to drive our growth and expansion strategies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. With a strong background in finance and M&A, you will provide valuable insights to support business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements is also essential.

As a Strategic Finance Leader at Servpro Industries, LLC, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting business growth. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute financial plans, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will help us navigate complex financial decisions and drive long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers impacting financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather relevant data and insights to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of financial information.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role related to M&A, deal origination, or business development.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
