  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative direction and leadership to nursing staff on the night shift.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure resource availability for patient care needs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • Experience: Five years of clinical nursing experience required.
  • Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
