About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Custodian Substitute to join our team at Everett Public Schools. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our schools.

Job Summary:

This is a substitute custodian position responsible for performing various tasks related to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, and other common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, and other common areas
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Restock and reorganize supplies as needed
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to fixtures and equipment
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management

Benefits:

As a Custodian Substitute with Everett Public Schools, you will be eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits package provided by SEBB after working 630 hours in a school year. This includes health care and other benefits for eligible school employees statewide.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $25-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive benefits such as paid time off, holiday pay, and retirement savings.
