Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to consult with our team and provide essential support to clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and collaborate closely with In-Home Support Staff in community-based and home settings.
  • Develop and implement behavior plans tailored to individual client needs in the in-home setting.
  • Participate in regular supervisory meetings and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Attend weekly clinical meetings with other Developmental Specialists and administration.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Board-certified BCBA, master's or doctoral level, or equivalent licensure under Chapter 490 or 491, F.S., with extensive experience in applied behavior analysis procedures.
  • Proven track record of working with children, adolescents, and adults, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Strong creative problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license (under 5 points).

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $65-$70 per hour (based on industry standards and location)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance
  • Education: Master's degree required; experience in applied behavior analysis: 1 year minimum
  • Licenses/Certifications: BCBA certification
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
