Job Description

">

As a Registered Nurse in our Acute Trauma Surgical Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

">

You will work collaboratively with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.

Key responsibilities include assessing patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status, performing procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers, and ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in patients' medical records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least one-year clinical nursing experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree in Nursing highly valued. Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
