Civil Foreman

Fessler & Bowman Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to lead our construction teams and ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in civil construction, with a strong background in leading construction teams.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
