We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team at Franklin Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. This role focuses on providing quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on pediatric dentistry.

About the Opportunity

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental services, collaborating with a supportive team, and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in morning huddles to discuss daily goals, patient needs, and team objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program
  • A valid license to practice dentistry in states where we provide care or eligibility for licensure
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (if required in your state)
  • Compassion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
