Construction Manager for Sand Processing Operations

Asgard Resources, a leading provider of frac sand in North Dakota, is seeking a construction/project manager to oversee projects around our mines and set up new facilities.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in construction/project management and knowledge of sand processing equipment. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects, as well as ensuring timely completion and adherence to MSHA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
- Oversee the hiring and management of personnel, including reprimanding and firing workers when necessary
- Coordinate tasks across different sites to ensure uniformity and quality
- Ensure compliance with MSHA standards and regulations
- Manage resources and budget to avoid unnecessary delays and expenses
- Identify and mitigate risks, including poor planning designs and other project-related issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of construction/project management experience
- Knowledge of sand processing equipment and MSHA regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Driver's License
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
