Job Summary

The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming service inquiries and internet queries
Perform clerical and administrative duties for the Service department
Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email on our website
Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
Provide administrative assistance as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work weekends
Pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
