Case Management Opportunity

ARC Group is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our client's law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping injured individuals navigate the legal process and achieve the best possible outcomes for their cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate progression of each case.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their cases and answering any questions they may have.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements and handle case-related inquiries.
  • Assess and document property damage claims, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately reported.
  • Coordinate and manage client medical treatments, ensuring clients receive the necessary care and that all medical records are obtained and organized.
  • Prepare and review case documentation, including demand letters, medical records, and other necessary legal documents.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure all necessary steps are taken for successful case resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of case management experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law, including knowledge of the legal process, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience interacting with insurance adjusters.
  • Proficient in reviewing and managing property damage claims and client medical treatments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
