Senior Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Hickory, North Carolina.
Job SummaryTotalMed is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a critical role in their Step Down Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the Step Down Unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Step Down Unit or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
